Why Use QuickRectify Fill PDF Form?
Completing administrative paperwork—such as tax declarations, insurance claims, university registration forms, and government visa applications—frequently involves dealing with two distinct document formats: native interactive AcroForms with clickable fields, and scanned flat PDF forms that lack digital input fields entirely. Standard browser PDF viewers often fail to save entered data properly, corrupting radio buttons or producing blank submissions upon download. QuickRectify provides a comprehensive, browser-based form-filling platform.
For interactive AcroForms, our WebAssembly engine parses the internal document catalog (/AcroForm dictionary), identifying text input fields (/Tx), checkbox toggles (/Btn), radio groups, and dropdown choice lists (/Ch). Entered values are written directly to the field value (/V) and appearance streams (/AP), guaranteeing that your input remains visible and editable across Adobe Acrobat, Apple Preview, and government verification systems.
For non-interactive flat forms (such as scanned paper forms), our interface allows you to click anywhere on the page canvas to position custom text boxes, checkmarks, cross-outs, and date stamps. You can adjust font sizes, letter spacing, and line heights to match the physical printed lines of the form precisely.
Once completed, you can download the document with active editable fields intact, or choose to 'flatten' the form, baking your text and signatures permanently into the vector layer to prevent unauthorized alterations by recipients. All data entry and compilation execute strictly inside your local browser memory, ensuring your sensitive identity numbers, bank accounts, and personal data remain 100% private.
